Job Title: Customer Support and Warranty Coordinator
- Obtains necessary paperwork for warranty issues.
- Coordinates inspection of defective product.
- Assists in the evaluation of claims that inspections are not required.
- Communicates actions to customers.
- Escalates appropriate complaints to Warranty/Customer Service Coordinator.
- Tracks claims/warranties by fax, e-mail, and mail.
- Performs data entry.
Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience. Minimum two (2) years of experience in warranty administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication. Remains calm and professional under pressure or stress. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Service Oriented. Highly organized.
